MPOGD: What was your aim with character development? Were you aiming for a more sandbox approach?
We target to achieve stable development of characters with step-by-step growth system. We also added attribute concept that players have to calculate and consider attributes they are going to get when they acquire a skill. This provides players with psychological aspect of fun and for them to rear a character to their taste.
Each class has its own unique and exclusive skills. Skills that can be acquired by a character are defined according to the level.
As part of our future plans, Master System will be updated soon. Masters are extreme warriors of each class that differentiated from an ordinary character. Players may choose to achieve maximum level using an ordinary character or to undergo the training to become a Master and acquire exclusive skills.
We adopted sandbox feel for character development to provide speedy level-up and action to users and to let them play in the own style having a goal about how they prefer to rear their character. We do not want our player to just follow instructions not having any freedom in how they play the game.
